Ferrite magnet – injected
Injected hard ferrites are compound material, consisting of the components of magnetic powder and thermoplastics (matrix material PA 6, PA 12).
During injection process a magnetic field in axial, radial, diametral and multipole direction is applied for preferred magnetized direction. These anisotropic injected hard ferrites will achieve higher magnetic properties, however not reaching the level of sintered anisotropic hard ferrite magnets. The ferrite/plastic mixing ratio will also influence the magnet's elasticity and hardness.
